Joy Schaeffer is Four Way Speech winner

Strongsville High School student Joy Schaeffer was the winner of the club's annual Four-Way Test speech contest. She will compete in the District 6630 contest on April 23, in Beachwood. First Prize will be $500.
The annual contest involves high school student who recite persuasive arguments about topics of their choice, incorporating Rotary's Four-Way Test of the things we say and do.
Joy spoke about the federal deficit.
