Strongsville Rotarian and Altenheim CEO Paul Psota and his staff served a delicious breakfast and offered facility tours as Altenheim hosted the club's May 28 meeting.
Paul Richard started the meeting with the Invocation and President Ron Mowry led the club in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Dan Dreiling and Ann-Marie LaPorta, co-chairs of the Second Annual Run 4 Fun at Westfield Maill and SouthPark, reported on a successful event, which was held on Saturday, May 22. John Turnbull took photos of the event - and you can view them here. Proceeds from this  year's event will support Achievement Centers for Children, which includes Camp Cheerful. Dan said final financials will be presented when they are completed.

Andy Motz announced the birth of his new son Max. Andy also has two daughters.

President Ron noted that letters of thanks have been received from the Strongsville Food Bank for the club's contributions and Youth Challenge and Rose Mary House for the donation of Chili Open proceeds. Ron said scholarships from the Strongsville Rotary Foundation were awarded during a special Scholarship Night ceremony at Strongsville High School.

New member Brittany Plute gave her new member bio. Brittany, niece of Ross and Rochelle Thuener, is the facility administrator at Davita Dialysis. She grew up in Medina and earned a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry from John Carroll University. She also has done surveillance work on worker compensation cases. She is also a cyclist who will do a 100-mile ride in September.
