Storytelling: From Journalism to Creative Writing

Dan Jorgensen, from Milliken, Colorado grew up on a South Dakota farm, attended a one-room country school, and earned two degrees from South Dakota State University. An award-winning writer, journalist and educator, he’s written hundreds of news, sports and feature stories and 9 books – the two most recent being the best-selling mystery-thriller Rainbow Rock and the award-winning historical novel And The Wind Whispered.   

A longtime Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, Dan will be sharing about the ins and outs of a Writer’s life with his talk: “Storytelling: From Journalism to Creative Writing.”
