Kids Fest Duck Race Assembly

Jim Morehouse and Hunter James went over the preparations for the Duck Race at the new location at Camp Cheerful.  Parking will still be at the RTA lot.  The bus drop off point will be the emergency exit onto the parkway, top right on the map below.  The finish line for the ducks will be at the bridge.  One key benefit is that people will walk through the event after the duck race, so all the booths should see traffic until the end, and it will be less crowded at ths bus stop as people make their way out through the camp.

Next week we'll have an evening meeting at the camp to get a feel for the space in person, and complete any final setup.

If you have gallon jugs please bring them to use as tent weights for the tents on tarmac.
