Speaker: Annie Roth, Find Your Voice Now

Last Friday we welcomed Annie Roth, co-founder of Find Your Voice Now, a nonprofit support group for women navigating toxic relationships. Annie, a board-certified wellness coach with more than two decades of experience in corporate wellness, shared how the organization began and the impact it is having worldwide.

Find Your Voice Now started with a chance meeting between Annie and her co-founder, Mary Ellen, on an airplane. Discovering their shared experiences, they created a peer-to-peer support community where women could find understanding, compassion, and strength without judgment. In just three years, the group has connected more than 2,000 women across the globe.

Weekly online sessions focus on topics like recognizing red flags, setting boundaries, and coping with passive-aggressive behavior. Participation has grown rapidly, leading to the development of an app and local “Inner Circles” to expand support. The organization also partners with crisis centers, shelters, and mental health providers, and is preparing a book of member stories, a school curriculum, and even a counterpart program for men.

All services are offered free of charge, funded by donations and fundraisers, so no one is turned away. Annie closed with a message that resonates for all: “You are not alone. You are not broken. You are powerful. And your voice deserves to be heard.”
