Friday Meeting Info

We are back to regular Friday meetings at the Senior Center
 
Food Bank Friday
The food bank has special need of soup or tuna.
 
Queen of Hearts
Ed Fegan's table won the The Queen of Hearts drawing and is responsible for selling tickets this week.  There are 46 cards left and the pot is currently $121.
 

Contributions

At the club board meeting on Wednesday contributions were approved to the Strongsville Community Band, Strongsville City Club for the Rib Burn Off, Strongsville Kiwanis for the flags on the commons, and Arts in Strongsville for the Day at the Chalet.

With the shortened summer there are several events coming up with opportunities to get together with fellow Rotarians and meet and participate together.

Pita Tent

Senior Picnic

The Senior Picnic will take place on July 30th.  Grillers needed starting at 4pm, and volunteers needed to setup the room and serve.  We'll have the room starting at 2pm, and doors open around 5:15-5:30, serving at 5:45-6:00, with a concert by the community band starting at 7pm.  Sign up to volunteer at volunteer/managevolunteercontacts?volunteersignupid=2d9890a1-2cb8-45b5-a96d-509c1b831062&accountid=4880

Duck Race / Kids Fest

The Duck Race / Kids Fest is on for August 21st.  Online duck sales are open on the duck race page http://www.strongsvilleduckrace.com/. If you know of groups looking to raise funds please have them contact us to help sell ducks and the group will keep 50% of the proceeds.

Golf League

The Monday golf league will resumed Monday May 3rd at Valleaire.  The tee times are 4:30 and 4:37 and 4:44. (If needed). Everyone is welcome!!  Contact Bruce Kahn for more info or to RSVP.
