Speaker

Last week our speaker was Debbie Piper, a dietician who works at the Heinen's in Strongsville.  She clarified that her job at Heinen's is not to peer into your shopping cart and judge your choices, but to be a resource available to help you find options at the store that will meet your nutritional goals as well as your budget.

She grew up on an apple farm on Catawba Island and developed an appreciation for fresh natural food, and how to eat well, and she enjoys helping people making small incremental changes to their choices that can help improve their health and way of eating.
