Thank Yous

The club received thank yous from the Arts in Strongsville for our donation to them, and from John Owens Adventure and the Cleveland Metroparks who were recipients after the Kids Fest and Duck Race

High School Success

Don Slovak, who has taken over the class which used to be called Connections, and will now be called High School Success, visited and shared his thoughts on the program.  It is still the same program, just with a new name, and Don is looking to expand the program again from a two year class to three, and hopefully four years over time.

Member Recognition

Last week Ashley recognized the following "Rotarians Being Good": Michelle Lynch for agreeing to be the new birthday guru, Joyce Reed for her attention to detail with minutes from the board meetings, and Bruce Keenen for leading the effort to honor Jack Young with a Shelter Box.

Speaker

Last week John Turnbull provided a brief overview of ClubRunner.  Please login in ClubRunner and confirm that your contact information is correct.  Members can use the club directory if they need to reach out to other members.  The directory should only be used for club business, and not for mass mailings.  A ClubRunner app is also available that you can install on your phone, so you can find and call/text members easily.

Club event chairs please contact John Turnbull to include events on the website calendar, announcements, and integrate the volunteer lists so members will be reminded about upcoming events and commitments in the weekly emails.

With the integration of the billing module in ClubRunner you can see your current balance.  Please allow several days for payments to post as there are still a few manual steps in receiving and posting payments.  If you want your dues to be paid automatically every month you can visit https://trcs.info/dues and enroll in membership there.
